Primary purpose of the role:



Driving innovation through creative thinking and ability visually conceptualize design themes





Qualifications



Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related graduates with 10+ years of relevant industry experience in a similar role particularly in a professional services firm/third-party KPO/IT-BPO company/advertising / media research/strategy teams within key technology companies.





Major responsibilities & deliverables:



Designing high quality client centric deliverables including 3D/ 2D Videos for proposals , GTM materials (brochures, mailers, flyers ,posters , infographics)
Creating various marketing/ eminence building assets
Understand brand and use the appropriate colours and layouts. Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Schedule projects and define timelines. Work with strategists, editors and creative team to produce the final design. Amend designs after feedback
Connect with the stakeholders on project basis.





Skills Required:



Ability to think creatively, aesthetically, independently and having good knowledge on all the media and current trends.
Proficiency in Adobe -Suite, 3D Max , Unity and advanced graphics tools.
Proficiency in MS office suite (PPT , WORD)
Exposure and experience of working on GenAI tools
